Kaleidoscope Symmetry and Balance

I used symmetry and balance while creating a kaleidoscope. Symmetry is when an a thing or image is made up of exactly equal parts around an axis. Many of my kaleidoscopes have biaxial symmetry. Balance is the distribution of visual interest. My kaleidoscopes have a balance of visual interest, for example, in the kaleidoscope of myself as a toddler a persons eyes are drawn towards the center but then towards each of the corners where there is a smaller duplication of the image.
